Zoom integration guide

Add the Zoom app

1. Sign in to curavidas with the account you use to manage your practice.
2. Go to Settings, then open the Integrations tab.
3. In the Zoom section, select Connect.
4. Zoom will open an authorization screen. Sign in to Zoom if needed, review the requested access, and select Authorize.
5. After Zoom sends you back to curavidas, the Integrations tab will show Zoom as connected.

Use Zoom with bookings

1. Create or edit a session type that allows Zoom as a meeting option.
2. When a client books that session type and chooses Zoom, curavidas automatically creates a Zoom meeting for the appointment.
3. The Zoom join link is saved on the appointment and included in the client's booking details when available.
4. If Zoom cannot create a meeting, the booking can still be completed and you can add meeting details manually.

Remove the Zoom app

1. Sign in to curavidas and go to Settings, then Integrations.
2. In the Zoom section, select Disconnect.
3. Curavidas revokes Zoom access when possible and removes the stored Zoom tokens from your curavidas account.
4. To remove the app from Zoom directly, open the Zoom App Marketplace, find curavidas in your added apps, and remove it there.
5. Existing appointment records remain in curavidas, but curavidas will not create new Zoom meeting links until you connect Zoom again.

Data and support

curavidas uses your Zoom authorization only to create and manage Zoom meeting links for appointments scheduled through curavidas. For help with Zoom setup or removal, email gregory@curavidas.com.
